This estate has been created in the Middle Ages, in the 13th century by the monks of La Sauve Abbey, located at 10 km. It becomes the property of Vignobles Landie in 1996. The vineyard is now made of 30 hectares of red wines and 10 hectares of white wines. It is planted on a clay-limestone terroir.

Winemaking: Cold maceration before fermentation.
Fermentation at 25/26°.
Maceration after fermentation during 10-12 days.
Malolactic fermentation on fine lees.

Palate: After a full and powerful attack, the subtle marriage between fruit, oak and the roundness of the flesh make a very tasty wine.
